"I've given the company ample time to correct the issues, but no joy, so here we go. The crew didn't bother to clean up afterward, so I swept my driveway and found two nails before my tires did. There are gaps in the door frame big enough to see daylight through. The entry door is so loose that I can move it. The frame is scratched in several places. The storm door doesn't shut properly because the frame is bowed. The manufacturer verified that a part was ordered, but it never made it to my jobsite. The installers stated it was not on the truck for the installation. I chose AllPoint because they were close-by and they have crews and lawn signs everywhere. Looking back, I would rather have paid extra to go with a company that has been in business for decades."
