All American Roofing, Inc. established in 1989 is comprised of three active principals with combined experience ranging over fifty two years. Our goal is to provide our customers with top quality work and excellent service so that we may develop a long term relationship. We are a family owned company taking personal pride in everything we do and supervise all work on all levels to assure customer satisfaction. You should be forewarned that over 95% of all roof failures are due to improper application.

    "I have been working with All American roofing for 6 months, and everything was going well until I had some roofers come out last Friday who couldn’t finish their water test because there was thunder. I completely understand roofers are not going to put their lives at risk and that is not a problem. When I called the office and told them what was happening they told me they would have the roofers leave since I was paying them by the hour and they would send someone out later during the day or first thing Monday morning and promised a supervisor would call me back. I also told the person on the phone I was leaving on vacation Wednesday for a couple of weeks and I wanted to get this done before I left. I did not receive a call nor did anyone show up that Friday. I called Monday and was told I would get someone to call me back first thing Tuesday since they were closed that day and they would schedule roofers to complete the work on Tuesday. That didn’t happen either. I called on Wednesday very upset because wanting to speak to a supervisor and when I spoke to the owner, Joseph he started off the call speaking over me being very rude, when I told him I was upset he said “you’re always upset when you call” when I told him what his employees had said to me he said “that’s a lie, they never said that”. I have no reason to lie nor do I have any reason to take such unprofessional behavior and disrespect especially when I know it’s coming from the owner. I would not recommend using this company."
