"When working on older homes there are always issues and it was that for us. When Alamo was working on the facia they noticed brick issues and former facia not installed flat. They worked hard and corrected all of it. Our salesman Frank is beyond outstanding. A true asset to the team. He staying in close contact as any issues arrived to be sure they were not only resolved but were corrected in a most professional way. The team that installed the steep roof did an outstanding job. We waited for a few good rains before posting this review. And we are so pleased to say not only is it the most amazing roof install neat & beautifully appealing, but it does the job!! No more roof leaks :). I must also take the time to point out of Frank our Salesman services and roof inspection. We had several companies out and he was the only one that took the time to truly look at all areas of the roof. He discovered a bullet in the roof in a spot that was not leaking. He and my husband worked together so outstanding to be sure the police had it to process correctly. Never would we have thought such a thing would be in our neighborhood. The police pointed out it could have been from very far away. When the job was done Frank came by once again to be sure we were very pleased. We reviewed some of the unforseen issues and he was sure to do proper adjustments for our family. Never have we worked with such an honest and compassionate sales person. They also did an amazing job on the gutters. To say this company is good, 5 stars is not enough. They truly are such a wonderful group of folks to work with. Thank you. If our son's brother in law can not get to our siding we will be sure to have them do that as well. We have all the confidence they will do a great job on that as well. The old slogan from ghostbusters... who ya gonna call? Well for roofing issues it is Alamo Roofing... they are the best."
"Getting an estimate can be very nerve racking. Especially when it's an unexpected repair. Frank Dixon was my estimate guy. He was so down to earth. He gave me options and explained all the whys that come with repairs. Wow I'm glad I called them. Compared to other estimates theirs was the best. We have until mid Oct to save the $$$. Wish us luck."
