Philip and Lindsey we’re super helpful getting us prepared for roof day, even working with our insurance to get us the best deal possible and absolutely no hidden fees and even gave us some free upgrades!!! On the installation day, Steven and his team were very professional and right on time with beginning the job. They had the entire job completed and cleaned up in less than 7 hours!!! "Accent roofing services was recommended by couple of my neighbors. They have installed new roofs in a few houses in my community. We had a hail storm and I needed my roof assessed. Michael Spence was very knowledgeable and explained me the entire insurance process. He gave his honest opinion and based on his advice , I filed a claim with my insurance. He came out and worked with the insurance adjuster and helped me get my roof approved. At no point he pushed me to sign a contract. I had taken a few quotes from other roofers and was very comfortable signing the contract with Accent roofing services. On the day of installation the crew showed up on time and the project supervisor Les was constantly available if I had any questions. Les went above and beyond. They replaced my rotten boards, installed metal line edging, extra flashing in the valleys and chimneys and also painted the flashing. I am very impressed how meticulously the entire job was done. The crew cleaned up pretty well and made sure they picked up each and every single nail with their magnets. Les was the last person to leave. He made sure entire property was clean and all my expectations were met. I highly recommend Accent roofing services."

"Our new roof was installed this week and we couldn’t be happier. From the initial contact with Matt Mitchell to the team installing led by Josh Howell the entire process was perfect. Communication throughout the process of Matt working with our insurance company was excellent and conducted in a timely manner. The crew arrived exactly when they said they would be here and they covered all around the house prior to beginning work careful to not damage plants, patio furniture or pool. "Having worked with the company I am pleased by how they worked on my house and the quality of work they did. Based upon my property manager who inspected the house since I am in the military and currently stationed out of state, he informed me that the work was good to really good work on installing a new roof on my house. The reason for having only a 4 star instead of a 5 star is being confused on how much i would need to pay compared to what my insurance would pay. I don't believe it is the fault of one person but not being clear on how much it would cost me due to charges between insurance and actual cost. If the company made it a bit more clear on paper then I wouldn't have had so much of an issue. Also, they did not provide my inspector at least 2 different tiles to chose from instead of only being able to chose one type of tile. But customer service with me and the seller was good. But having a renter in the house and the seller interacting with the seller I have heard that it was not a pleasant experience for them. Being the owner of the house, I would recommend that the people interacting with the renters of the house be in compliant with renter policy which means informing the renters of when they will be visiting house 24 hours in advance. This did not happen from what I heard from the renters. This also makes my decision to give it a 4 star instead of a 5 star. Other than that, the quality of roof installation is really good and did not take long to install."

"Great company and excellent workmanship. Zach Hayse is awesome. He has been very responsive and professional. Zach patiently worked with me and the insurance to make things straight. Crews came on time , finished the installation as scheduled and cleaned up before left. Moses, the project manager, made sure all work was done right on site. We had one minus issue with the new roof a couple of months later and Moses acted quickly and have it fixed. We are satisfied the Accent Roofing and will recommend Zach to anyone who need a new roof."

"We had a small roof leak near one of our plumbing vent pipes. I contacted three roofing companies in Athens and none even bothered to respond to my small repair request. Accent not only responded but, Jason went above and beyond just the repair. He did some preventive maintenance on my other vent pipes and flashing then, was thoughtful enough to give all the roof fixtures a fresh coat of flat black paint. All at a reasonable price. Accent is now first on my list with bonus points when it comes time to replace my roof. Thanks for all the hard work it takes to run a professional, customer focused business.
