"Western completed a very difficult residential roof replacement during the winter months. The roof was a combination of flat and low slope TPO and shingles, with leaks and in extremely poor condition. It did go over original bid price but quite a few issues were not apparent until sections were removed, revealing the extent of damage. They are knowledgeable and work to make the customer satisfied. "I called for an estimate and was given almost twice the price of any other estimate. I called because they were roofing the neighbors twice as large completely dilapitated roof. Their work looked good. They were unaware I knew the estimate of the neighbor's house. On confronting him after he gave me the same quote he immediately dropped the price 7k. I realized I was dealing with a car salesman and pursued other estimates....Always do your homework. I have called the office and I am writing as well to inform them of this. Other reviews seem the opposite of my experience, so I am not sure why I was treated this way."
