- "GO SOMEPLACE ELSE. Condo association hired them to do the roofs in the entire complex. Through their negligence and carelessness, they broke a window in our kitchen. They refused to accept any responsibility for doing so. It costs me $250 to have the window repaired and they would not stand behind their service. Other roofers I have dealt with stood 100% behind their work, especially for any damages that they caused. This company is the lone exception. If they had exhibited good customer service, standing up and taking responsibility - I would have given them a good rating. However, since they would not accept responsibility for this small bit of damage, they have earned a ZERO STAR rating from me."
