"Avoid these guys if you can! Poor communication, don't show up when they say they will, don't fix the problem aka cost you more money for additional service calls. Our roof was under warranty through GAF, a manufacturer that uses Tecta as the vendor to service their warranty. I waited over two weeks to hear from them about who would be servicing our leaking roof. They tell me they've already forwarded my info to Tecta and I should have heard from them. I finally get a text from someone and they schedule something with me. Then they no show. I reschedule and they show up for the second appointment. They never say anything to me about some items being covered under the warranty and some items not being covered by the warranty. They "repair" the roof and go on their way. The roof continues to leak, so we call them back out again. Again, they no show and make excuses. Finally, they turn up again and "repair" the roof. Again saying nothing about what would be covered under the warranty and what wouldn't. The roof continues to leak IN THE SAME SPOT. Then I receive a bill for $793 with the additional service call for sending their workers back out because they didn't make the repair the first time. When I question the invoice, I'm told I will not receive a discount because the invoice was explained to me in depth and I would have been charged the same rate regardless. There was work done that was covered by the warranty and some not, which I get. But being billed for the additional service calls when they didn't fix the leaks in the first place?? Then, they tell me it would be best if I submit another warranty request through GAF for the roof leaks they never repaired! Are their employees clueless or are they making their own payday by not properly making repairs the first time?? I'm not sure, but I do know I don't want to do business with these people again and I don't recommend them for you either."
