"Pro: They completed the roof and to what we can see looks decent. Cons: couldn't give a start date and took while to start, stated job would take up to 2 weeks but took more than a month, no communication regarding status - only communicated when they wanted to get paid, when the job was "complete" and wanted payment they had not finished painting the fascia (had to come out two times to finish this and never apologized), we notified them of excess dirt left from the installation but never received a response since they had already collected their money, seemed like different people all the time. If I did it over again I probably would choose someone else."
"I have been trying to get repairs for two weeks to the roof this company installed before the next rain. They haven’t taken any responsibility for their shoddy work and continue to tell me to call a different person every time. There are 3 different leaks in my new construction. The employees they send out are confrontational. Do not use this company."
