"Choosing a company to replace/repair your roof is hard because there are so many options out there, and you hear so many scary stories... After researching a lot of different businesses, I went with Swan to do my roof in 2017 and I'm so glad I did! They did an excellent job, and everyone on their team was super nice and helpful. After a hail storm last month, I asked them to take a look at the roof to see if it needed any work, but it was still in great shape and just needed a couple of minor touchups, which they took care of in a timely manner. Overall, they provide great service and do great work, and I've been very happy with them."
"Do not use this company. We have had roof leaks since day one after they put our commercial roof on- They have never repaired or made it right. The first leak started 30 days after new construction. No storms happened in that time. The leaks consistently kept popping up. I called and emailed several times. I’m currently in the process of hiring an attorney to deal with it. I assure you you want to pass on this company."
