"They replaced my old shingle roof that had been storm damaged, almost 4 and a half years. Insurance companies, That Is a totally different issue unrelated to this. Very quick and professional.. However when they did the job my patio porch started leaking causing a lot of damages to my TV, radio, fans and furniture. I contacted the salesperson and showed them videos of the leaks. He said someone would contact us. Some one was suppose to show up on a day I took off to meet them. No one showed and no one called. They called to reschedule. I spoke with Tammy on the phone and she scheduled for Kevin to come out and meet with me. We spoke about my concerns and he looked at every thing on my back porch got up on the roof and re-inspected everything. He made good on the issues addressed with him. I cannot say anything bad about the quality of the work the was done on my shingle roof replacement. I can honetly say that I fully recommend them for your roofing needs. I will be telling everyone that I know that needs a roof to use this company. They have a true pride in their work and fully stand behind the work that they do! Great Job!!"

No one has called back I have spent alot of money out of my pocket, on top of the thousands I have already given them. Because of this lack of taking ownership of damages caused due to their sub contractors. I would be hesitant to recommend them to anyone. I am beyond disappointed on their customer service after the job was done. Roofs are not cheap to replace. I have made repairs to stop the leaks and further damages already on my own. And to ignore damages caused by the subcontractor to be ignored with video and physical evidence given to their salesperson. Very very disappointed in this company's response to us..."

My old roof had a ton of problems but they were able to fix everything in a short amount of time. The communication was great with the office and the crew chief. "The initial estimate and negotiation for the roof replacement were conducted by Will Redmond. He was prompt, professional, reliable and provided a reasonable quote (I had two others for comparison), addressing all questions. Additionally, the office staff were consistently pleasant and helpful throughout the process. The work was scheduled for 6 weeks after the deposit was paid, but they were able to start about 3-4 weeks earlier. Though the work was delayed 2 days due to supply problems, the crew completed the 3-day project in 2 days. I was informed at the outset that there may be an additional fee for materials and repair to the wood underneath the old roofing material. Will explained the needed repairs and provided documentation with photos. A fascia board issue became evident after the work was completed and Will has seen to remedying it without further charge. The product is a self-adhering roofing system that sheds wind (this is a coastal house subject to hurricanes) with a neat finish. Clean up was very good, as well. The house needs new gutters and I have engaged Suncoast Roofing's guttering operation to take care of it. I highly recommend this company, their staff and product."

Amazing falls short of what she has been during this entire process. Her customer service is remarkable, she returned every one of my calls in a timely fashion, she answered every single one of my questions and if she didn’t have the answer she found one! "Quite possible the worst company I have dealt with in a very long time. First, they told me to be at my office at 7:30 AM but didn't show till after 10. Then the job was performed poorly. Water continues to poor in the roof with every rainfall. They attempted this repair over a month ago, since then I have called a dozen times, rarely have I gotten a call back and the leak remains. Hire anyone else. My mom knows nothing about carpentry or roofs but I am confident she would offer a better service than this absolutely terrible company."

"Just a word to the wise... We didn't use this company although we had every intention of doing so. Our estimator arrived promptly at the appointment time, and was very knowledgeable and professional during our first (and only) meeting. He convinced us that Sun Coast Roofing and Solar was the right company to use. We made it clear at the end of the meeting that all we wanted was a proposal with the estimated cost. Never got it. We tried multiple times to contact the estimator, by text, email and phone call. We got a single response over the course of more than two weeks at which time he said he'd have the proposal sent the following day. We never heard from him again. It appears, from other reviews, that this company has many satisfied customers. It's just a shame that we never had the opportunity to find out if those reviews were warranted. if it's not possible to simply get an estimate, how can you trust the company to do whatever they say they'll do to complete your job? Your call..."
