  • "We recently purchased a home in Naples Park Florida. The roof needed to be replaced. We contacted several, at least 4, roofing companies. It became clear Stay Dry Roofing stood above the rest. They were not the least expensive, although they were close enough see the benefit. Because we had existing water intrusion, Allen and his team scheduled our home as quickly as permitting would allow. My wife was at the house as we live out of State. When she is impressed with the professionalism of the installers and the foreman, you know they are good. 100% recommend them for any roofing work you may need."

  • "This company showed up at my door right after a big hail storm. Which was fine. I needed someone to look at my roof anyways. I submitted my claim with my insurance company and Stay Dry handled pretty much everything after that. I'm happy with how quick they were able to get my roof on. The only reason I'm leaving 2 stars is the lack of communication after everything was done. Me and the sales rep both agreed on a price I would pay after the insurance cut me the check. I would have to pay 500 out of pocket. No big deal. They put my new roof on. Then 2 weeks later I get an invoice for almost 1,500. Which was not the agreed upon price we had talked about. Of course I immediately call/text the sales rep I had been dealing with. He said he would fix it. For the next 5 weeks, I received invoice after invoice for this. Every time I received an invoice, I would text the rep. And every time, he would tell me, he's working on it. On the 5th week of getting these invoices, they started threatening to take it to collections if I didn't pay. Again I text the rep and tell him they are threatening to take it to collections. Finally after 6 weeks, this is fixed and I'm able to pay it for the correct amount. In the invoice statement. It says to call a certain number if I need assistance. I've called that number at least 20 times in the last 2 weeks to try to get this resolved. This company's communication is lacking extremely bad. Good service when it came to actually getting the roof on. The sales rep was very nice too."

  • "We are very happy, and love the color of our new roof! From start to finish the experience was Great! We also appreciated the swift response to the minor issues we did have after installation. Also... Cody, and the two gentlemen who came out to check on things during the process were awesome! Y'all at Stay Dry were top notch!!"
