Spilker Roofing & Sheet Metal is a Florida State Roofing and General Contractor that is committed to quality and customer satisfaction. Our firm services Central Florida installing residential and commercial roofs. We specialize in standing seam metal roofs along with TPO and PVC single ply roof systems. Our shop is equipped with all machinery to fabricate custom metal. Each project is approached with the same directive in mind "Superior Workmanship". "A good friend used Spilker to install a new metal roof on his residence. I watched and inspected the job periodically as it was being installed. I was impressed with the workmanship. Turns out, my metal roof that was installed by others was apparently leaking for years. I contacted Spilker. Turns out there were multiple issues that we were not aware of, but John Spliker systematically found each issue over time. I think other companies would have punted on the job or simply tried to sell me a new roof, but John was relentless trying to identify each issue over an extended period time. In the end I didn’t need a new roof, just minor things that I believe would have either been missed or other companies not taking the time to identify and remedy each separate issue. We are going to build a pool house in the very near future, there is only one company I will be using, Spilker."
