"Don't get fooled by the reviews of this company. I called in to request a simple estimate they took all my information. Two months ago, and their so, called estimates manager representative . Never had the attention to call back and say we don't care about your business...at least. Thankfully there are many better options out there. Update:: They always respond the same way, "they never find customers names in their system".. Contrary, They reply right away to reviews they don't like.. What about return calls to customers instead?? And of course there are many better options in town for roofing services...Because, to begin with..you guys fail to provide at least the minimum customer service people deserve. ."

It was important to my husband and I to find an exceptional quality roofer since we are first time homeowners and our house is historic. We didn’t want to get the run around, you know what I’m talking about. Alex Ramirez, his roofers, and his office staff were nothing short of professional, courteous, and caring. I had trouble with my insurance company & Alex was able to guide me through the trouble. Since this was my first time buying a roof Karla was very kind to explain insurance payouts to me. During the re-roofing process Alex called me everyday to assure us that everything was going as planned. We have steep inclines on our roof and the crew finished in under a week too! "I chose this roofing company because of the Google reviews. Scheduling the estimate was fast and easy. Veena was on time. She asked what the deductible was and I told her $1,000 and she said that's all I would have to pay out of pocket the rest she would take care of the insurance paying. I asked her several times so all I have to pay is $1,000 right even if my insurance doesn't cover the $11,000 they were charging me to replace my roof she was like yep we will take care of the insurance. We were so happy once she left. Then the next day she sends me a text saying this: You have an ACV policy, not an RCV policy. I wasn't aware of this when we talked last night. It wasn't until I looked at your complete scope of work that you sent. She had the scope and my insurance policy IN FRONT OF HER when she told us all we had to pay was $1,000!! She kept on saying on how they don't commit fraud and she isn't going to jail for anyone? Why would she even bring this up?? Since she knew how much my insurance gave me she said she would crunch up the #'s as much as she can. Once Veena saw the numbers the insurance estimator came up with she was telling us how she came up with different #'s. She was supposed to call Tim since she told us he has been her friend for years so he can fix his mistakes. I asked her for her measurements and her response was since I would not be using them she cannot provide me with those numbers. After we weren't "potential" customers she kept on texting me how there are "other priorities" and she is super busy managing 20 or more clients. This wasn't an issue when she THOUGHT she was going to get more money from my insurance carrier. Veena even went as far to show us her other clients estimates..who does that? Veena you should listen more than you TALK And before you give information make sure its the RIGHT information! Your quality of work might be great but you are about $6000 more expensive than other roofers in El Paso. *FYI: Veena saw my insurance policy and FULL scope of the estimate IN PERSON. She should of noticed whatever she discovered once she went home. She needs to pay more attention. The $6000 difference I came up with is because I had about 7 different companies come and give me an estimate. Has nothing to do with what my insurance gave me."
