"Very knowledgeable, very responsive in answering questions. I was getting quotes to replace a roof, what I didn't like is that they wanted 1000 dollars more to stand behind their workmanship, while other companies gave 10 year workmanship warranties whereas they offered 2 years(which for a roof that cost 15k isnt very long). I shouldn't have to pay MORE money to get a company to stand behind their work. Be careful, shingles last a long time and rarely have an issue, its the workmanship(which is different from a labor warranty) that you need to make sure is an adequate length of time as usually roof related problems are workmanship issues and not shingle issue."

"Very highly satisfied with them coming out to see if I had weather damage. In addition, I thought I had a small leak coming in my dining room, and he got up and looked around said there was no damage but found a few nails sticking up. So he hammered down and sealed around them and told me I should be good to go, that I can paint my spot in dining room! Very pleased with his knowledge and honesty! He solved my problem quickly out of the kindness of his heart! Thank you River City Roofing, I will always highly recommend you and call you for my own needs if ever necessary!"

"I contacted river city roofing for a roof repair (flat roof) and met with dan brown. He was very professional. He came out checked out the issue , walked me through the process and quoted me a fair price. The job was set up and Tim ( I believe) came out on the appointed day and completed the work in a timely manner! I couldn’t be happier. I would highly recommend these guys!"

"This company, Dan especially, by in large was one of the best I've had the pleasure of working with. They were extremely responsive, attentive to details, friendly, and professional. They re-arranged schedules to ensure that my leaking roof was serviced before additional damage could be caused. They also followed up very quickly on a few outstanding action items I had pertaining to the installation. Overall, great - I highly recommend!"

"I have had the privilege to work with River City Roofing on several occasions and every time has been a wonderful experience. Tim is great to work with and is confident in what he does. I have also worked with Matt, one of his foreman, and he is super great to work with. Understanding and willing and ready to help out where ever needed. Tim and Matt must rub off on the guys that are around them, because the entire crew is super polite and so easy to work with. They say please and thank you and really are a Service based company.
