"I’ve never left a bad review before but at this point I’m not sure how else to get the owner to call me back. We had Platinum Roofing repair our roof almost a year ago and we have had nothing both problems since. We called to have them back out shortly after paying out of pocket for the repair because the roof was still leaking in the same spot. I’ve call multiple times since then and so far they have came out once and told me “we need to do a water test” I asked when they would be back for that and they said later that week. Well it’s been 2 months since that convo and several phone calls later and they still haven’t came out to make things right. At this point we are looking at a ton of damage from all this water, I’m nervous to find out the extent of the damage from their lack of work. If you are looking for a reliable roofing company look some where else. I prefer to keep my money in Grant county but based off my bad experience I recommend you call another company out of town and save yourself the headache and money. All I want is for you to make this right. We hired and paid you for a job in which you did not do properly. I’ve asked about you around town to see if someone knew you that could get us in contact so that I could avoid leaving you a bad review. Many people said they did know the owner but I wasn’t able to get your personal cell. You are ruining your reputation here in Sheridan and surrounding areas. Do better. -Brooke Ward"
