"I purchased a home and NE contractors installed the roof. The roof was suppose to be guaranteed by them. I started to see water spots in the ceiling. I called me contractors and they scheduled me two weeks out. They then Missed the date.I called again and they scheduled me 3 weeks later. When the roofer came he had a nasty attitude. He then claimed the problem was due to the drain being clogged. It rained for a few days and the ceiling had even more water damaged. This company did not stand by they guarantee and did bad work to begin with. I have 3 quotes from other other roofing companies and they pointed out how the roofing was installed like a carpet but should have ran up to the wall. Hey way they installed it ensured there would be seams that would have leaks. These guys have no clue what they are doing. If you buy a new home and they worked on it be prepare for issues."
"Best roofing company ever"
"I had the roof work done by the N.E. Contractors in 2012 with the 10 year warranty. The roof leaked big time in the Spring of 2019 which ended up ruining the ceiling. The guy from the N.E. Contractors came out and spent less than 10 minutes to re-coat the small section of the roof, but he refused to fix the water damage from the roof leak. Every time I look at the water damaged ceiling, it is very upsetting. Their warranty is useless since they are refusing to fix the water damaged ceiling from the leaky, faulty roof work."
