"Unfortunately I actually had actually click on a star. I would give them a zero star. I do not support companies that look up my home information before calling. It’s very intuitive. There are other ways to promote a business. Then I returned the miss call I received today a man answered unprofessionally. I had no idea it was a solar company until he mentioned it. I told him I was not interested he continued talking and trying to tell me about the government assistance program. I again stated I was on lunch and did not have time to talk about this he disregarded my time and continued to talk. I hung up. When someone says they are not interested, do not continue the conversation. This is a terrible tactic. Nobody in the right mind would do business with a company that doesn’t respect their “potential clients” opinions. Here’s a message to Momentum- Take me off your list. I do not ever want to receive a call from you and I will never do business with you. Also, if you do want to run a successful solar business, you might want to have somebody who knows how to talk to potential clients with respect."
"I purchased a solar system from Momentum back in 2018. This company has the worst customer service and they don't honored Enphase product which is their third party vendor. Beware when you ask for warranty from any solar company Any upgrades in software or hardware would be under warranty cover by Momentum? Buy at your own risk."
