- "We had roof repairs done by another company and needed a review of the roof. I have a flat roof with no direct access. We have difficulty finding roofers that have an extension ladder. Matthews came out quickly and was professional. We had an estimate from another company that we suspected was pushing for work that we do not need. We did expect to hear that maybe some minor work would be required. Matthews reviewed the roof, took some pictures and said the roof looked fine and to call back in a couple of years for another review for maintenance."
