  • "NEVER used their service but one of their employees gladly attempted to run me off the road this morning at 545a just after exits for Bradenton.. tried to rear end me 2 times yelling at me and my husband to leave his state and other choice words! Well his poor feelings were hurt as he goes to the exit ramp but not before he almost rear ended a semi and attempt to pit maneuver another suv! Dash cams and trunk cameras don't lie! Going 77 in an 80 with 2 empty lanes and was itching to hurt someone! If they treat possible customers like that in a work truck I wouldn't want any business with them!!"

  • "Somebody in the work truck intentionally tried to run us off the road after cutting off a semi. Then rolled their window down and threatened us. So I would say based off this they are ignorant people"

  • "Spent $87,790 on a roof and AC job. Upon the initial proposal in November of 2021(started in April/May) they wanted an additional $8274 for wet insulation and gutters(which they refused and did not install the gutters) after I paid the full proposed amount. I spoke to Maintenx multiple times to make sure water does not run off the roof all over the pavement in which they verbally agreed was not a problem. It's unfortunate as I was recommended this company originally through a family friend and gave their VP Derrick Barwick the check in full trust of him and Maintenx before the project was even finished. Based on my experience I would not recommend this company to anyone and should've went with my original contractor as I was quoted a lot better price but only went with Maintenx due to the false recommendation. *IN RESPONSE TO THE OWNER* I do not understand how I am making false claims as a customer that paid in full on the initial proposal. I also do not understand why we would need to nickel and dime each other over wet insulation and gutters after I already paid almost $90,000. My claim is not about a debt as I've had no issue paying but a job that was asked from your company to complete and the additional charges they continued to add after everything was already agreed upon. I'd be more than happy to change my negative review to a positive but it seems it's easier for you as the owner to accuse myself and others of false claims rather than do the right thing. This is the first time hearing from the owner and as a reputable company like Maintenx I would've hoped he reached out to me personally to resolve this issue instead of through google."
