Licitra Roofing has assisted business owners in the Chicago area (especially the western suburbs) with their roofing needs for over 25 years. Our team has the knowledge and experience necessary to guide/provide our customers with the best roof related solution. Educating our customers is one of our main concerns; we feel every customer should understand the importance of a proper roof system.

"I contracted with Licitra in May of 2022 to replace the roof with 1 skylight on our home. They forgot to order the skylight when I placed my deposit in May. I was called in July and given an install date for the last week in July. But when they tried to get the skylight it was on back order, because no one checked to order it when I had placed my deposit. They ended up rescheduling us 4 times in total. It was a complete nightmare. Our roof went on in November. We have had no issues with the roof or the craftmanship. I still would never use them again. There are plenty of other amazing roofers in town. I wish I had went with someone else. - Edit. It is so convenient that now you say that the window was shipped to the wrong supplier, when no one ever mentioned that before when I waited 7 Months for my roof. Y'all called me in July to ask what color roof I wanted when I told John what color we wanted in May. John clearly never updated our order in your system. Y'all have my contact info, if you want to contact me about it, you are able to."
