"So in December of 2021 we noticed through a terrible job by another contractor we had severe water damage to an exterior wall. I contacted a water damage repair company and they came and stated there was damage to my roof that needed to be repaired before they could begin. I tried contacting numerous contractors to look at it and none would call me back or follow through. I called the water damage company back and they recommended Liberty Roofworks. I called them right away and they sent Jessie out the next day. He immediately identified the problem, showed it to me and had his crew there two days later fixing my roof. The water damage repairs went through and the job completed. Fast forward to yesterday May 23, 2022. We had several severe storms and as I walked up my stairs I noticed another area water was getting into the original water damage area that had been repaired. I contacted Jessie on his cell phone and he said they would be out here tomorrow. His guy got here after lunch and located the source of the leak right away and Jessie and him had all the damaged wood replaced and everything back to better than new by the end of the day. To top it off when I asked him what I owed him for today he said even though it was an UNRELATED leak to the original problem, he had told me he was going to fix it and now he had and I didn’t owe him anything further. In between these two incident I had some shingles blow off during yet another storm and they came out that same week to repair my roof for that as well. I can’t say enough about Jessie’s customer service and his guys are top notch. If I have ANYTHING wrong with my roof he will be the only call I make. You can’t go wrong with Liberty Roofworks."
