"Just dealing with this company over the phone I'd definitely steer clear my first encounter with this company was be blatantly cutoff on the freeway, then I called and requested to speak to a manager and it was like pulling teeth. So after finally getting a supervisor on the line I was explaining what had just transpired she obviously was getting upset with me and kept saying sir I'm staying calm over and over and being very dismissive and short all she wanted to do was get off the phone to call in the driver. Not a pleasant encounter with this company all the way around from driver's to management. Sad we live in a time of understanding and acceptance not very customer friendly or even potential customer friendly."
"Very disappointed in business practices and quality. Leonard Roofing installed my roof for home builder but will only warrant work for one year through the builder. What roofer warrants their work for only a year? Have had multiple roofing companies inspect via drone and found broken tiles that can only be explained by stepping on them and tiles that were not attached properly and are slipping off. Roof is 4 years old and hasn't been touched since installation with no trees or anything around it. Company will only fix issues if I pay hundreds of dollars for inspection and maintenance."
