"LOOK NO FURTHER!!! I dreaded having to find a Roofing Company. You never know who you’re gonna get these days and this kind of a decision is a huge one for more reasons than one. So after weeks of getting quotes from various companies I finally sat down to compare what each of them had to offer. It was “hands-down” Kairos Roofing, that came out on top! And it all started with their Sales Manager Evan From the very beginning, Evan was professional, down to earth, courteous and very knowledgeable, to say the least! I knew nothing about roofing, or how this all works, but he explained things that helped me understand the whole process more comfortably. The organizational side of things really impressed me too, which was a big factor for when it came to making my decision. All the way throughout this process Kairos had everything in order. When Evan sent me their proposal, I didn’t have to sit there for hours trying to “figure” everything out, it was all laid out perfectly with cost and phase by phase explanations, which was great! Now … onto my Project Manager Michelle, she is wonderful! Full of sunshine and always very professional. Michelle was so pleasant to work with, she kept on top of things as we approached the day to begin the roofing, and kept in contact with me via phone, text and email. Michelle always spoke highly of the crew and their progress as well and whenever we had to meet in person, she would drive to my work place so I didn’t have to take time off. And Richard, my Construction Manager was awesome! He kept in communication with me from beginning to end. He was very attentive and answered any questions I had (and there were many) lol… and never once did Richard make me feel like I was wasting his time, or holding him back from more important things! Even during a few days of rain Richard came back to the house to make sure there were no leaks (and there weren’t). They had it all under control and I felt I had nothing to worry about! As for the crew, they really do work hard! They were a great team, all of them were polite, and very respectful of my property. They covered areas that needed protecting, and cleaned everything up after they were done each day! All in all I was very impressed with Kairos Roofing and I have no problem recommending them to anyone who needs a solid and trustworthy Roofing Company!
