"Was referred to Jenkins by insurance company, so we called them for an estimate to fix damage. At the time of inspection we told them we want them to proceed with the repairs. Two weeks later we heard nothing from them. I called them telling them that we want the repairs done, which the office person I talked to said they would let the person who inspected the damage know and they would reach out to me. Another week of silence later we decided to call a different company, which got back to me within an hour and scheduled repairs within a couple days. I wasted three weeks waiting for Jenkins. I can’t comment on the quality of work since they seem like they didn’t want to do any."
