"Bobby and his crew were excellent. Amazingly efficient removal and replacement of the roofs on both our house and detached garage. Took two days total. Couldn't believe how fast they worked...and when they left, you'd never have known they were here, aside from the new roof. His bid was competitive and fair. We will use JCB again, and would eagerly recommend them to our neighbors."

"On the whole the roof looks good. The workers were polite. I did not give 5 stars for a few reasons. First, there was damage to my window screen, soffits, and gutters. I will do the repairs myself but for $8K I shouldn't have to. Second, After sending a message about the damage to the owner I heard nothing back. People are busy, I get that but damage to my house should merit a reply. I will say that in the beginning of the process there was another communications error and that the owner quickly resolved it which is why I was surprised not to hear back about the damage. All things considered, I would recommend JCB as the price was in the middle of the quotes I received and the roof itself appears to have been installed well. Time will tell."

"Sept. 1st 2020 Update: On August 27th 2020 Team JCB came out for our roof replacement. We are very satisfied with their work! They all did an amazing job, keeping everything clean and paying attention to detail. They also installed in the valleys and 'run-off' areas water-flow guidance systems we had not had before! The entire team was very kind, friendly and professional. I would recommend them to anyone unsure of who to trust or new in town. They came out a year ago to do some patching and throughout the year when I had questions or concerns Bobby always responded to my text messages. Thank you Bobby and Ashli and the rest of the team! One Year Ago: I had the pleasure of meeting Bobby personally a few days ago. Today, his Son and another co-worker came out and went above and beyond to repair a leaking vent. Well, they not only fixed the one vent they sealed the other three, swept the entire roof and added a water diverter to prevent water going into the garage. They were quick, polite and very professional! We may get another year out of this roof, they showed us areas to watch until then. There was no hard selling just really great information. I'm new to the area from Colorado and will indeed use JCB Roofing for our new roof and also talk to them about our future patio addition. I look forward to a long relationship with this Company!"
