"We used JBs Roofing to install a new layer of shingles in 2018. We were told that we had a 5yr warranty. In selling our home, buyer's inspector flagged the workmanship of the roof installation. We had a retired contractor review the inspection report as a favor. He agreed that the roof work had been sloppy and needed correcting. We reached out to JBs and forwarded the inspection report. Even with this, they denied that the roof needed work. Claimed the warranty was for two years and they would charge us for any updates. I cannot recommend any contractor that endorses sloppy craftsmanship and doesn't want to correct mistakes."
