"On top of high quality work, worth noting is the excellent communication from Steve for our small job - an 8 foot privacy fence. We had to schedule, then reschedule: one for a conflict on our side, one for COVID on their work crew. Steve was right on top of it - promptly returning calls and shuffling calendars to make it work. As competent as Steve was with the communication for schedule-shuffling, the work crew was equally skilled with their tools. The work crew of 2 were clearly good at their craft. They brought the full size components: 4x4 posts, cross-hatch trim and cedar boards for the paneling. They cut to size each individual component then assembled on site. The result was snug-fit seams for the panels, posts and top cross-hatch detail ... and they did not mind that our dog, Bubbles, was outside right next to them supervising the whole project. From managing the schedule-shuffling to the skilled work crew, I was very impressed with your team. Well done all!"
