"Guarantee Roofing did an awesome job on my roof as well as corrected the bathroom exhaust venting that was originally not tied into the roof properly. The roofing crew finished the project in a day and did a great job picking up the old roofing material they tore off my roof. On the negative side, there was some trash left behind but not much (just a drink or two left behind, no big deal it happens). In addition, I was told that they would come out before my scheduled roof replacement to place a tarp on my roof as a temporary measure to prevent anymore leaks but they never came out to do that. Nevertheless, the roof is replaced and I am not worried about that anymore. They did give me heads up when they were coming out, which is much appreciated. All in all, Guarantee did a fine job, used high quality materials, offered competitive pricing, offered outstanding warranties, and offered financing options. With that being said, I would recommend them to anyone looking for a reputable roofing company for their next job."
"Hands down the best experience I've ever had with a roofing company. If you need a new roof, or just a repair, call them and ask for Mike Byrd. He's the best! More than half of my roof was damaged by storms and wind. They had the best price in town, top of the line quality, a great variety to choose from, and Mike guided me through the fight with my insurance company to get it covered since it was due to wind and storms. They were able to completely rip off, replace and clean up the mess from my roof in one day! You won't be disappointed if you call Mike Byrd at Guarantee Roofing."
