"We contracted Godfrey Roofing to replace our shingles and do some repairs on the fascia and soffits. However the job turned out to be much more complicated than expected on our 110 year-old house as the sheeting and most of the trusses were in poor condition and needed to be replaced. We were very happy that we had chosen Godfrey Roofing because they had the skills and experience to undertake complex work like this. Their estimator kept us abreast of the added work required and gave us estimates of the added cost so there were no surprises. They assigned as many as 8 people to the site who all worked at an efficient pace, despite the high temperatures during the week. Despite all the extra work they finished in six days and did an excellent site clean up at the end. We highly recommend Godfrey Roofing. We have great confidence in their work and would not hesitate to hire them again."
"I called twice and got horrible customer service from the receptionist. She said they would only send out a service truck with a charge when I wanted to get our roof looked out and a quote. She said that was not possible. They can either only replace the entire roof or do a service call with charges tk time and material. They don't do quote. So I'm not sure exactly how I'm supposed to know what needs to be done. We got the house not a while ago and the inspection report said some items on roof needed to be looked so we wanted to get a quote for all the work needed to be done...but we were only given 2 options. Change entire roof or have a service call with truck for time and material (for what service called is I'm not even sure...) via the phone with her without knowing anything or seeing what issues are. I made the submission online and when I missed the phone, I called back and there was no help at all. She asked okay yes? after I provided the information and everything. Can't even get past the receptionist to talk to someone."
