"When I called Emily Leonard at Excel Roofing Company she was extremely pleasant, articulate, knowledgeable and professional. She sent out a Representative to inspect our storm/ wind damaged roof. He took his time to inspect the roof completely, took photos of the damaged shingles and explained all our options, repair vs. replace, in a way we could understand and make an intelligent decision on which way to proceed. There was no pressure what-so-ever, he did not try to "sell" us he simply gathered all the information and presented it to us. Emily then put together and submitted a quote and walked us through the steps of replacing our roof. "Storm came on a Sunday which cause roof leak, called the office and left a message...fully expecting not to hear from anyone until Monday. Put buckets up to catch what we could and minimize damage. Within 30 mins I had a text confirming an appointment for first thing Monday morning. They were so responsive he ended up calling me and were able to come inspect the roof on Sunday. No additional charges and work should be done withing 24-48 hours. So responsive, professional, understanding and answered ALL my questions. We will definitely be using them for all our roofing needs!"
"There is a reason Excel Roofing has stellar reviews: they are an Excellent company by every measure. Following our call, they came out next day and performed a thorough roof inspection and promptly followed with a concrete written description of the repairs needed and cost. After discussing we went forward with a full roof replacement rather than repairing limited areas. Not only did they replace the roof, together with their gutter guy, they came up with a practical solution (not the most expensive) to solve our rain run off. Our home is in the Historic District and is 125 years old, and gutters on most parts could not readily be installed in most areas. They also inspected our windows and pointed out some issues with our siding. They fixed some of the rotted eaves and holes, most of it at no charge, and have offered to temporarily caulk some of the windows that have gaps until we can get them more permanently water tight. Truly above and beyond expectations. In short, Excel's people CARE about actually fixing and protecting your home from water damage. You don't get responses like, ""I'm just a roof guy." If they are able to fix something, they will go out of their way to do it for you. Many thanks to the entire team at Excel."
