"Run as far as you can. Evans Roofing illegally removed a Plumbing Stack Vent from my roof. Causing major plumbing issues, 48 hours after their crew got off my roof. And then covered it up with a Goose Neck Vent, and many many lies lies and by doing so, they have breached the Contract. Miami Dade County Inspectors still have a list of things that they need to correct, unrelated to the Plumbing issue. When I brought my Plumbing issue to their attention immediately, there was absolutely no acknowledgment. Instead Eva blocked me, sent me an intimidating message saying that all my conversations were seized. She sent me a final bill, and a confirmation request for a Final Inspection. Their workers caused a Fire on my property, and they also dropped the equivalent of a large bucket of hot asphalt off my roof, killing my plant. Their Runner had the audacity to paint part of my wall, a substantial surface, not just specks, with a paint that absolutely doesn’t match mine. They also are charging me for Skylights they never installed, I have asked them a million times, as did the Miami Dade County roofing inspector, to change the Permit to reflect the actual work, but this is another topic that they have not responded to, ever. These people are unprofessional. And lousy roofers. I will be reporting them to the BBB. Thierry, your below allegations are completely false and I suggest you remove them, as well as your threats, immediately. As you very well know Miami Dade County is ensuring that you pay for all the Plumbing repairs, plus the installation of a new Plumbing Vent Stack."
