  • "My experience with this company is so bad, I wouldn't recommend others using them as their contractor. They have messed their work from the very beginning. My initial permit doesn't matched the materials used, and the workmanship of their job is so bad."

  • "I am hesitant to even write this as I’ve been waiting 3 months for repairs to be done.. and I can guarantee the owner won’t do any work after I post this. However it is 100% factual information and my honest feedback on Evans roofing’s re roof job on my house in fall of 2019. I’ve had a terrible experience with this company. During the install they left messes everywhere, tar splattered all over my soffit, drip edge, gutters… I was told they would come finish and clean up, and so I did not submit final payment. Finally the owner showed up at my house yelling at me because the work left wasn’t worth the balance owed, even though our contract said 50% upon completion… Fast forward 3 years. The material on nearly every edge has shrank back above the corner of the drip edge… I had 3 companies come and tell me it was leaking in certain areas due to this and it was absolutely not normal. The owner came out to a warranty call I made to the office to inspect the issues as well as some damaged / bent drip edge areas. he denied that any of it was the fault of his company, but after a half hour of bantering back and forth he agreed to have a crew come do repairs. When I asked how he would fix the bent drip edge he said “put a nail through it” which in earlier conversation he tried to tell me is what typically causes these leaks I am experiencing and then said it was probably the gutter company I hired (I’ve never hired a gutter company his crew removed part of my gutter and lowered it to fit the new drip edge). So when I asked him why he would use a nail when he just told me that causes leaks he said “because it’s my roof..” then I asked if this was to code and he told me to fix my own roof and stormed off. Keep in mind I was clearly irritated, however my questions were of genuine concern as I’m a first homeowner learning these processes. After calling in to the office the next day I was told a crew would be out in a few weeks and that the delay was due to their teams being backed up with urgent repairs due to the recent tropical storm and heavy rains, which I was understanding of. Fast forward 3 months and I am continuing to be blown off and told I’m on the “schedule next week and the project manager will call me to schedule” which never happens. I am still waiting, and the last 2 months have been the driest summer I’ve ever seen in south Florida. Oh they also failed to replace about 90% of the damaged fascia boards on my roof during the roof replacement… as a first time homeowner I didn’t know what to look for until becoming more familiar with everything. I called about a year later and they blamed the damage on me. So if you want subpar quality work, terrible customer service along with a worst in class warranty, please use Evans roofing. I have been working with Paul Bange roofing on a different project and they are amazing. I would recommend them anytime."

  • "Had a really great experience with Evan’s roofing. I was actually recommended to use this company and I have no hesitation in doing the same. Jacob explained the whole process and even assisted with questions after the full reroof installation was completed. We are very pleased with the work and the details made to our home. Thank you again.😊"
