  • "I’ve been a professional Architectural Designer for 47 years, dealt with dozens of roofing contractors and my experience with Dr. Roof, their sales, workmen and job supervisory professional was head and shoulders above any experience to date. Dr. Roof not only met, but far exceeded my expectations. My hat is off to all the fine people who delivered a superior job in record time on my home. We are deeply grateful."

  • "We called Dr. Roof based on recommendations from others. Never again. We had evidence of a water leak (bubbling paint on interior) along the chimney on our first floor. Other companies identified a hole on the exterior immediately adjacent to this water damage inside, so we thought and were verbally told by a Dr Roof sales rep. that would be the area of the repair. The sales rep. from Dr. Roof had a portion of our roof above the second story repaired that showed no evidence of water damage or infiltration in the attic. The sales rep. claimed this was the source of the leak, having never inspected the attic for evidence of water running down to the first floor (there was no evidence to be found anyway). When asked about the repair that was needed to actually address the source of the original leak (the reason we called for a roof repair) it was claimed that the contract had been fulfilled already. As a “courtesy” (shaming us as customers rather than trying to understand the situation), a few shingles, small piece of flashing and some caulk were used to repair the origin of our leak…nothing compared to what the original repair specifications were. The repair person agreed that location must have been the source of the original leak. Trash left behind and blown into a neighboring yard was excused by management due to wind and/or the forgetfulness of the repair person. Management also stood behind the misdiagnosis of the needed roof repair by the sales rep, and the dismissive correspondence of the sales rep. It appears no one was willing to listen to what we were trying to share, nor responsibility taken for the difficulties we experienced. Unacceptable, and very disappointing. Ultimately repairs were made but came with A LOT of frustration."

  • "We reached out to Dr. Roof to correct some poor work on our roof based on the recommendation of some neighbors who had recently used them. Very happy we did! They were quick, accurate, and very communicative. We saw pictures of everything as they were doing it, and they were able to solve the problem within a matter of days! We'd definitely use them again!"
