"I requested and received estimates from 10 different roofing companies before deciding to go with DeShazo for a whole roof replacement on my 20+ year old home. Jamie stood out as the most responsive and professional. He was almost too responsive, actually! He was the first to show up to estimate the job, and the next day, i wanted to include something else. Before I said what it was, he had it on his mind to ask me. This told me that he thinks about and cares about each customer and their unique needs. I took him up on his offer to "call with any questions " when I saw some other estimates coming back with quotes that included ventilation and his did not. He took time to explain that i already had adequate ventilation and even referred me to the impartial GAF (who certifies roofers) customer service so that i wasn't taking his word for it. The job itself went smoothly as well. Good communication throughout, especially since we dealt with a weather-related delay. I couldn't be more pleased with the result and the entire process, including the thorough clean up. Highly recommend! Save yourself the trouble of calling 10 other companies! (Their price was among the lowest, too!)"
