"We reside in the City of Diamond Bar where COPP was hired by the City to do resurfacing of the streets. COPP broke the side walk between our neighbors and us . Why we don’t know it was not damaged and cabling was done. During that process part of our stamped concrete was damaged by them. We had the City Public Work come out and they agreed and gave us their number. We called Hailey COPP and she said we have pictures that was already like that. She forward pictures from the Google Satellite picture and the picture clearly showed shadows . We submitted to COPP that were taken before after they broke up the side walk. Hailey COPP said okay will have someone look at it Today, a very rude man came to our door . He never told us his name and said I won’t fix it’s City property. He turned around and got in his truck and left. We called COPP to speak to Hailey COPP but the secretary informed us that she was not available and that the man that came was the owner of COPP Contracting, Inc out of Buena Park, CA He was extremely rude, unprofessional and arrogant. The entire company does not own up to any damage they cause."
