  • "I purchased an 8 kw solar system from them and the price was extremely competitive and they only use high quality panels and inverters! The job was extremely professional, quick, and clean. Highly recommend Cooper if you are looking for solar."

  • "I can't speak to what service is like because I can't even get an appointment for a quote. They are the roofing vendor for our builder so we have to go with them to still stay within warranty. It took nearly two weeks to even get in contact with the individual that schedules quotes. Then, he sent over a time and date and I confirmed. Come the day of the appointment for our consultation/quote....he's a no show. I'm not sure if it's a staffing issue or what but I can't imagine how they could have secured a contract with a major local builder if they conduct business like this."

  • "If I could do a zero star review, I would. WORST COMPANY EVER. My roof flys off my house during 48-55 MPH winds which were specifically documented for the canyon in which I reside. My roof flying off creates a bomb of debris against my neighbors yard and shatters four of their windows. Cooper Roofing installed my roof on my newly built home and sent out a representative the next morning after the storm. The employee admits that the situation with my roof “Should not have happened.” The aforementioned employee then tarps my roof where I have a gaping missing area of roof tiles. I’m told that Cooper Roofing is going to fix my roof and that I was to disregard a claim with my homeowner’s insurance. I get a call the next day and they said they aren’t going to do anything about my roof and that it was a “wind issue.” I’m left with much of my roof in my neighbor’s yard as well as what’s left of the cap pieces of roofing dangling on the side of my house precariously. I call Cooper Roofing and talk to ‘Mike.’ Mike could’ve cared less about what happened and said that Cooper Roofing guarantees their roofs up to 90 MPH wind gusts. I advised Mike that I have it documented that the winds only got up to 55 MPH at my home. He couldn’t have cared less! Mike can’t seem to justify that 55 does not equal 90 yet said it’s my problem and further offered to have his company charge me $2,100 to fix my roof from their shotty craftsmanship. Mind you, out of my neighborhood of 20+ homes, mine is the only one with a catastrophic roof failure during this storm. On top of that, the last time we had wind gusts, a neighbor up the hill had a failure of their roof. A report was completed that showed gross negligence in the installation of her roof by Cooper Roofing. Save yourself the headache, poor customer service and honestly your own personal safety and DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY."
