"With no effort towards resolution, I signed on with an attorney today. CMR took the money from 12 elderly people to fix or replace our condo roof and screens after Ian. CMR tarperd the roof, but then as soon as they had our cash in hand....crickets. Now 7 months after they held us up for money, the tarps are gone and the roof leaks every time it rains. Now we have wall damage and mold growing because CMR is AWOL. We contacted the FL Attorney General and filed a complaint. They accepted it and instructed us on additional measures to take including law enforcement for exploitation and fraud against elderly and disabled people (felonies). We just want our money back so we can move on.And we want the damage they caused repaired. It is now 2 weeks from Ian's year anniversary and CMR has no plans to fix our roof. Thieves! Scammers!"
"Getting ready to have my roof completed by CMR. It was a long process with insurance but finally settled. They helped all along the way. In May the dry-in phase was professionally Recently I noticed a tiny wet spot in my garage.I called and within 24 hour came and found a tiny spot that wasn't sealed and fixed it immediately. I painted the spot in the garage and it is good to go. No more stain and we have been having plenty of rain. Now they tell me that my tiles have finally been manufactured and all that is needed is for the company to coordinate delivery and they will complete the job and have rain gutters reinstalled. Every promise that was made by CMR has been kept. I am a worrier but now happy and well satisfied. Would I call CMR again? Absolutely."
