"I can’t begin to say enough good things about Certified Roofing. I observed their crew roofing my neighbor’s house and was so impressed with their hard work I called the company to compliment their crew and asked for an estimate from the same sales rep my neighbor had. From the first phone call I made to the office for an estimate to the completion of my roofing project I’ve never dealt with a more attentive, competent, caring and dedicated to excellence company. If every company did business the way Certified does, the world would be a better place and certainly with less frustration. My sales rep, Matt, was extremely knowledgeable and respectful. He gained my trust right away and that’s not easy from this retired sales rep. Matt was on my roof measuring, inspecting and taking photos to show me when he sat down with me. The other 2 companies I had called for estimates - I never even heard them on my roof and they emailed the estimates to me and never followed up. But Matt - I heard him! When we sat down together, he explained their materials, their product, their warranty, the steps to expect and even referred financing options. He left me with a folder with all the info we discussed. Even though Certified was about $400 higher than my highest estimate, I made my decision later that day and I chose them. They are worth it. I received text message updates from their office on every step during the job. The crew was top notch and worked hard, no goofing off. In my 71 years of life I’ve never seen harder workers than the crew who did my roof and my neighbor’s roof. My crew leader’s name was ‘Ever’. All 5 of them were kind, polite and respectful. After their cleanup and departure, other than having a new roof, you couldn’t even tell anyone had been here - no debris, no nails. Katie, at the office, kept me informed throughout the project. Project Manager, Jason, was here at least twice a day to check progress and in between he FaceTimed with Ever to see the progress first hand. Jason met with me in person about the progression. I have already referred neighbors and friends to this company. I was impressed at the beginning and super impressed when the job was complete. Honest, dependable, respectful, dedicated, honorable, conscientious, ethical, sincere, trustworthy, truthful, top notch, are just a few words I would use to describe them. "We had them replace our whole roof and they did it in a day and maybe 4 hours of the next day!! They did an amazing job!!! It’s perfect!! The workers were all super nice and very professional. To say they know what they doing would be an understatement. Thank u guys so much for making our house look new again.
