  • "Troy and his team went through great lengths to make sure I was taken care of when it came time to fix the hail damage to my roof. The storm destroyed my entire roof and his team not only fixed it better than it was done during the original build, but did it very timely. The look of the roof is a huge improvement from what it originally was. Troy has been on the ball responding to every question I had. He made sure to travel to my house to sit with me and verify that I got everything I wanted. I will surely use him and Central Arkansas Roofing Services for any work I need done and will definitely recommend this company to all my friends and neighbors."

  • "Central Arkansas Roofing (CAR) installed a new roof on my home in 2016. CAR left trash in my attic. Noticed a few leaks that CAR came out to remedy in February of 2017 by installing flashing they had forgot. By August of 2017, noticed some mold/rot and CAR came out yet again, to install even more flashing they had forgot to install. While at my home, the CAR employee informed me the crew CAR had working on my house had been fired as means to make me feel better. Fast forward to the end of July 2022, flashing looks rough around my chimney and the nearby roof supports have dry rot, and undercut rolled roofing. I call CAR to check on any sort of warranty/guarantee and CAR asks me to send them pictures of the damage via post mail, but then we agree on email. I hear nothing from CAR for 10 days. I call CAR on Friday and was told the residential rep, Rob, is out of office and will call Monday. There's no call back. Tuesday I call back and then was told Rob is on vacation. It's August now, Rob finally calls and says he looked at the photos and will have someone out towards the end of the month and they'll fix the sealing/flashing around the chimney. Mid August I discover the area in question is also leaking (hence the dry rot), reach out to CAR with pictures and to discuss the leak. No urgency from CAR, CAR is "planning on getting out there". End of August Rob and another CAR employee come out to my house, didn't see any of the damage to my attic supports and decking as they barely set foot in the attic, made some recommendations on getting my chimney looked at, and absolved themselves of any poor workmanship/poor flashing practices. I took care of their recommendations regarding the chimney and I still have a leak in the attic. September of 2022, I call CAR and speak to Rob, tell him about how I still have a leak and all signs are pointing to the flashing. Rob wants me to put a tarp around my chimney and leave the flashing exposed to see if it leaks, which I've already done, I told Rob I needed the flashing fixed as Rob had previously said he'd have the sealing/flashing taken care just by looking at the photos. Rob hung up the phone. I called back just to make sure it wasn't a dropped call and was told by the office manager that Rob's office door was shut, he's not responding to her, and that he wasn't there. She doesn't know when he left. CAR office manager says CAR will callback after the weekend, to which they haven't. Disappointed with my experience with Central Arkansas Roofing, which seems to also be Mid Ark Roofing, and can't say I would recommend them."

  • "This was 9 months ago. I don't remember. This could be the company that the guy called and said he could go by the house and look at the damage and I didn't need to be there. Obviously I didn't go with them, for price reasons or no communication. AND the reason I'm trying to update or remove my review is because I'm being pestered by some guy from the company to do so. That's irritating me more. If I could take this off I would, but I can't figure out how to get it off of your "perfect" 5 star rating. Now I have taken 30 minutes out of my time at work to work on this. Please leave me alone."
