  • "Leaves hazardous working materials at public trail head. They literally left boards with nails sticking straight up where children, dogs and families play. When I left this review they have been there for 3 days."

  • "I contaced this company for leaks that I had and still have for repairs. I explained in detail to their salse person who came out what I needed repaired. I signed the authorization for the repairs onbehalf of the landlord. When the two guys showed up, I wlaked them through what I needed fixed. They "fixed" the roof and went on their way. I had to call back to get the work redone as it was still had gaps I could see daylight through. They returned and did fix that to the best of their ability. This was a couple years ago. Just last month when it was pouring and I noteced that some of the leakes that I had pointed out for repair were still there and leaking bad. So, I took photos of them and the new damaged that occured due to the wind and contacted the sale person I had originally spoken to. I pointed out the key areas where the leaks were still happeneing. I was told he would take care of it. TThey company came out and fiked the new damage and left. I reached out to the sales person and aksed about the leaks from the original repair. He let me know they would have someone come out and look it over. When the person came out, he took the time to diagnoe the issues. I went on the roof and looked at the iisues with him. I was told that one of the issues was miss diagnosed and the required repair I would probably have to pay for and I understood after he had explained to me that beams would have to be capped off to solve the leak. The other areas that were leaking that I was told by the original repair guy that came out wouldhave to be discussed with the sales person. The sales person forwared that to the oporations manager and I spoke to him about this today. He informed me that none of this was on the original work order and I would or the land lord would have to pay for it. I will have to pay another company to fix what was suppoed to be fixed by these guys."
