  • "I called Burrell Built and it took a couple of weeks for Byron to come out and look at our roof - I had to call multiple times for follow up. Once Byron did come out he said he would have a quote back to me in a week. I called and texted Byron multiple times with no response. Finally after 4 weeks I called the home office. They told me “we can notify Byron or you’re welcome to call his personal number.” I asked them to notify Byron seeing that he hasn’t responded to me. Here we are after 5 weeks and still no quote or follow up from Byron. I’m moving on to a different roofing company."

  • "I called a week ago and spoke with a very pleasant gentleman who said he would forward my information. I got a call that night from a roofer I told him I was missing some shingles from a storm the weekend before and just needed them replaced He said he would be out on Monday to take a look and I didn’t need to be home (that was Thursday). I didn’t hear from him on Monday so sent a text message Tuesday asking if he had had a chance to look at the roof since there is a storm predicted for the coming weekend and I don’t want the roof to start leaking and cause even more issues. He replied and said he had not had a chance to come by but would on Wednesday. By Wednesday night still never heard a word. So I guess I’ll move on to yet another roofer who probably won’t show up or communicate with me either."

  • "Well first off my wife noticed that the crew was not removing the rotted wood just screwing the metal roofing right on to it. She had to call them out on it before they did anything. Then i noticed they damaged some soffet and never fixed that. After completion of the work i noticed daylight coming in random locations were they missed the board. I climbed on the roof and saw silicon was covering the missed holes. I didnt make a fuss as long as my house stayed dry i was ok. Then roof started leaking after 2 years, probably earlier then that. Called back in December 2021 to get it covered under the warranty. 3 weeks later someone finally comes out and inspects the roof. By the time the inspector showed up it we had our first snow of the year. When the inspector was in the attic he noticed icicles where it was leaking. Now its Feburary 2022 and Corey has not returned any of my calls, text or emails. Got my insurance to come check it out. Well they wont cover it due to improper installation. Burell didnt even offer to tarp it. I sent the pictures my insurance company took to show him the bad workman ship. No response. I have water getting in between my walls and its just getting worse. Definitely find a different roofing company."
