Fred Buckley started his roofing company in 1883. Three generations later Bill Buckley hired me in 1982 as a Estimator/Foreman. I completed the purchase of the company in 1997 when Bill retired. The most important fact is that I hire the best employees, reward them well, and share the profits so the customer will receive the best roof installations possible.
