"Billy White Roofing just did my roof. It required a complete tear off, new structure boards then the shingles. This company has absolutely the BEST workers. The estimator down to the apprentice roofers learning the trade were all so respectful and hard working. There was no goofing around, just solid hard work. I have a 2 story home and the tear off was done the first day, shingling done the 2nd day. They protected my shrubs and windows by carefully covering everything before the work was done. At the end of the day, they cleaned the yard and magnetized the lawn for loose nails. I am very happy with the job done and the price was not unreasonable, I have multiple roof levels and valleys. I would highly recommend BWR to anyone."
"Had BWR replace our roof mainly because the supervisor is my neighbors son. I mistakenly believed that this may possibly benefit us in having the supervisor/son more involved in making sure the job was done right and accountability easily gotten if there were a issue. Well we found out fairly soon that they had broken our main vent/drain pipe that extends above roof due to water leaking in our laundry room in basement. Water was following the pipe from the roof, through the walls and into basement. Company/supervisor/son was notified and no one came to inspect/repair damage. We now have a ft.+ hole in bathroom wall due to drywall damage, no response from BWR AGAIN!! Do not use BWR if your expecting quality work and accountability. Will now have legal expenses and hassle to deal with and repair damages that will extend to every floor of house, I'm sure."
