"Our "old roof" was 30+ years used, and we spent the summer accepting bids/proposals from the well-reviewed companies in the NoVA region. Our friends recommended Augustine. Augustine provided us the "best value for the buck" proposal (not lowest bid, best value). Although they are a "smaller, local company" we were confident in the product (same manufacture of roofing system as proposed by other bidders), and the skill and care they showed during install was excellent. No surprise extra costs/repairs (we needed one sheet of roofing plywood repaired. They also installed a new bathroom vent and removed a not-needed kitchen vent. Office staff was excellent. Timely, and answered all questions quickly. Materials delivered on-time. Full-team of roofers arrived as scheduled. Worked efficiently and safely (everyone on roof had a safety restraint). A few hours into the work, a QC manager arrived. Mid-afternoon, a second team of roofers arrived --- these people worked efficiently and fast. Outstanding trim work around the chimney and other edges where needed. Good post-job clean-up (not perfect - but I only found about two missed nails in the yard. Based on our experience, I recommend Augustine Roofing (I doubt I'll ever need them again, but if I needed a roof repair, they would be the first call I would make)."

"Never had to get a new roof? Me neither! I asked a few neighbors, and Augustine was highly recommended. Dakota came out, did a thorough inspection, photographed the entire roof so I could see what it was really like up there. I was then emailed the photos, their complete catalog, and a very reasonable estimate. I gave them the go-ahead, after clearing it with the HOA. The roofing materials are delivered one day, and the crew shows up early the next. Very quick, very professional, and very nice. A new roof in one day! Exceptional cleanup - four rounds of magnet sweeps to catch any dropped nails. A few days later, Dakota does the final inspection. Since October, no leaks, which is what you want. You also get their warranty in addition to the manufacturer's warranty. I highly recommend Augustine Roofing!"

I had read a review from a previous poster about nails in the downspouts so since I wasn’t replacing my gutters, i gave them rags to stuff into each one which they gladly did.. they happily accommodated each of my requests. My roof looks great and they did it at a reasonable cost. They were efficient and were done well within the short winter day.. I would definitely recommend them"

"We just recently replaced the roof on our home after 20 years and interviewed a few local companies, Augustine was our selection and we are extremely satisfied with the results. Our Sales person Dakota was personable and very knowledgeable of the process and materials that were going to be used on my roof. He made me feel very comfortable in the companies ability to do a quality job at an affordable rate. The construction crew did a fantastic job with the install and the clean up was crazy, i found maybe three piece of material in my yard. The financial department was extremely helpful as well, they never asked for any form of payment until the job was completed (almost unheard of) and their supervisor came by to do a final walk through and inspection. I would highly recommend their services and have already provided Dakotas business card to two of my neighbors. Thanks for a great job, it looks fantastic."

He walked me through the process of getting my roof replace and he also helped me deal with my insurance company. Augustine Roofing price was the best out of the 3 estimates. I was able to get my roof replaced within 2 weeks, the other companies told me 3 months or more. Everyone I had to deal with at Augustine Roofing was very professional and polite. "I shopped around and got quotes from five to six different companies to have our roof replaced. We felt most comfortable with the overall package and warranty provided to us by Augustine Roofing. We also felt that Dakota (estimator) provided the most detailed estimate with pictures and lots of information on the shingles and materials that would be used. After lord of research and estimates we moved forward with Augustine Roofing. We had our roof on our townhouse replaced today. A team of 6 workers came out a little before 8 am and began setting up to start working at 8 am. They laid out plastic covers around the sides of the house to catch any debris that may fall from the roof. And the company sent a dump truck that was parked on the side of our home to throw out all the debris and old roofing material. The team worked hard for several hours wrapping up the whole project a little before 1 pm. Whole process took less than 5 hours. They cleaned up any fallen debris, nails, staples or wood. We had some follow up questions on site with the workers and called our estimator Dakota and Tony from the main office who answered all our questions after the job was done. Tony and Dakota explained that someone from the company would come out to inspect the work and make sure everything was taken care of and installed up to their standards. We are happy with how smooth the entire process has been so far and would recommend Augustine Roofing to anyone looking for a smooth and hassle free roof replacement!"

"I would ABSOLUTELY recommend Bobby Mason and Augustine Roofing to anyone looking for a roofing company!! I needed to fully replace my roof and obtained estimates from several companies. Having never previously replaced a roof, I wanted to make an informed decision. Therefore, I had a lot of questions. Bobby took his time to fully explain the process, answer all my questions and never once spoke down to me in a condescending manner (which I cannot say about the other companies). Bobby was always professional, polite, thorough and went the extra mile to make sure I was a fully satisfied customer. In one particular instance, I called and left a message to discuss color selection. It was after business hours and the matter wasn't urgent, but Bobby stepped away from dinner out with his family, to return my call. Going into this project two of my biggest concerns were the potential damage to my lawn and whether the job would be properly done since I wouldn't be able to see what they would be doing. Leading up to this, I witnessed several roof replacements on homes in our area and I did NOT like what I had seen. Most, drove large trucks onto the front lawn to discard the removed shingles into and left behind large tire marks in the yard. Others, didn't even remove and replace the underlayment. Bobby listened carefully to my concerns and thoughtfully addressed them; even offering to text photos while the work was done (which I didn't feel the need to have him do). All in all, this was hands down, one of the best experiences I have had in contracting work. I even asked Bobby to leave a yard sign behind, so I could advertise their work. To follow up on this, Bobby called me a year later to ask if I had any concerns with the roof and to make sure I was still a satisfied customer. Spectacular, 5-star customer service!!"
