Arrow Roofing & Sheet Metal, Inc.’s management team has 68+ years of experience and trade knowledge in the roofing and waterproofing industry as installers, supervisors, managers and owners. The knowledge we have gained throughout these years of service allows us to expertly diagnose and correct virtually all roof related problems. We are out our inspection costs and had a home purchase fall through because of Arrow Roofing's intentional deception to help a personal friend sell the house and earn a commission. Despite being a commercial contractor, Al Perez, Division Manager of Arrow, provided an inspection for a friend on a residential property that was fraudulent and contradicted inspections from a licensed home inspector and four residential contractors (which Perez was provided). In doing so, Al aided the selling agent in hiding the damage and hiding the findings from future buyers. I'd highly recommend steering as far clear of this company as possible; there are too many quality, ethical companies to work with as alternatives."
