"After being away for a few weeks, I came home to the evidence of a roof leak from my 6 year old roof. My HOA directed me to Allen Roofing as "they are very familiar" with the roofs in my villa development. I telephoned Allen Roofing immediately following the conversation with the HOA 5 days ago (Thursday). After not hearing a response the day I called them, I called again the following day to get an update, as the area was expecting rain again the following day (Saturday) and the leak was inches from my dining room chandelier, and (the now slightly sagging ceiling had) dripped onto my dining table and set. Their response was "an adjuster would contact me in the next 48 hours excluding the weekend". Today is Tuesday - no adjuster has ever contacted me. I (luckily) was able to find a roofing company on Friday, who committed to come out and at least make at temporary repair before the forecasted rain event. Once they were on my roof, they found they could make the permanent repair of a faulty roof vent boot. I cannot express enough disappointment in the disinterest of my situation at Allen Roofing."
