Widely known and very highly regarded within the South Florida building trades, Mike Shephard has earned high praise for his business ethics and the quality craftsmanship delivered by Advanced Roofing and Sheet Metal. For more than 35 years, Mike has served as President of Advanced Roofing and Sheet Metal, leading the company from only himself, as a sole proprietor, to a firm now represented by more than 150 employees. Advanced Roofing and Sheet Metal is certified by nearly every major roofing manufacturer in the nation, including GAF, Firestone, Dow Corning, Johns Manville, Koppers, Sarnafil and Fibertite. From metal to foam, shingle to tile, built-up or single ply, Advanced Roofing and Sheet Metal actively provides New Construction, Re-roofing, Service and Maintenance Programs for builders, developers and residential customers throughout South Florida.

"2016- 2017 Office staff knew of another employee Juan Cruz and Marc Lagalla attemps to choking signs not even an inch from my throat. Hidden in offices and other unfavorable situations occurred. Those men are lunatics. Continuously causing messed up situations. They are verbally abusive men acting like they do no wrong. Instead of getting proper HR assistance they snowball events. They contribute to starting violence in the workplace where people use are forced to use self defense and then place the blame on others. If a moment is peaceful they contribute violence hiding behind somebody and allow it no matter the warning."
