FlexCoat Wall Coating
FlexCoat Wall Coating is a liquid-applied, advanced acrylic elastomer designed to waterproof exterior vertical surfaces. FlexCoat Wall Coating is a flexible “breathing” membrane, allowing moisture vapor from the substrate or building interior to escape through the coating while remaining resistant to water penetration from the exterior. Available in a 5 gallon (19 liter) pail.
Approved Substrates: Vertical concrete and masonry building exteriors, and hardboard substrates.

How to apply GAF FlexCoat Wall Coating
Apply by brush, roller, or airless sprayer evenly at the rates specified below. Do NOT apply more than 1.0 - 1.5 gallons per 100 ft2 (4.0 - 6.0 L /10 m2) in a single coat with a minimum of 2 coats. Apply additional coats perpendicular to the previous coat once it is dry to touch. For complete substrate preparation and application instructions, please download the data sheet.
