I do not usually write reviews; however, I would be remiss if I did not write about my experience with Timothy’s Roofing, specifically, Mr. Russ Robertson. Russ promptly responded to my inquiry and set a convenient time for my estimate. Within five minutes of meeting Russ, I felt like I had been friends with him for years. He is engaging, professional, truthful, and genuinely cares about his customers. He provided a fair estimate, explained the job in detail, and promptly responded to my questions and concerns. Russ was present while my roofing and gutters were installed, and the crew did not leave until the work was performed to Russ’s satisfaction. Russ takes pride in his work and made a large purchase pleasurable. You cannot go wrong with Timothy’s Roofing, and they should be your first call; you will not regret it.
