  • It was a great experience. Daniel, my salesman understood what my needs were with my budget. The office staff with Tiffany and Kelly were great. They kept me informed on when my delivery of supplies would be and made it actually better for me on the day that they delivered my supplies. Isaiah, my project manager kept me informed of everything that was happening on my day that they installed my roof. I had several questions and he was ready to answer them and gave me very satisfactory answers. He made me feel very at ease during the whole process. I asked my Project manager about a gutter section I needed replaced and he had me an estimate that exact same day from his company, which now does seemless gutters. I couldn't have had a better experience. I appreciate the whole staff at Bob and Jerry's from the time the salesman was taking care of me to the to the time that Isaiah was making sure everything was complete as he checked the roofers work to make sure it was up to Bob and Jerry standard. Thank you.

  • Bob and Jerry's roofing company were excellent. All pricing was up front and any questions I had were answered quickly/accurately. The roofers were very professional, catching all the old roofing materials in a net and running a magnet over the ground when they were finished to pick up any missed nails. The roof looks beautiful.

  • The crew at Bob & Jerry's was fantastic. There were a few questions at the end that the Operations Manager met with us personally to answer. Isaiah was great as our Project Manager. And our sales rep, Adam, was upfront from the beginning. If you need a roof, I highly recommend giving them a call!
