  • The crew at Bob & Jerry's was fantastic. There were a few questions at the end that the Operations Manager met with us personally to answer. Isaiah was great as our Project Manager. And our sales rep, Adam, was upfront from the beginning. If you need a roof, I highly recommend giving them a call!

  • From start to finish the entire team was very professional and kept me informed throughout the process. Daniel Hawkins explained all my options in the beginning and I never felt pressured. The roof installers were very hard working and professional. Supervisors kept me informed throughout the day on any concerns and what was happening. The ladies at the office were also very kind in speaking with my insurance representative when she called needing some information and were quick to send what was needed. Overall one of the best companies I have ever worked with !! Thank you to all !!

  • We had a very good experience with Bob & Jerry’s Roofing. Their pricing was quite good, as I got 3 bids for my house, one of which was from another good roofing company that I had used twice before and was happy with them. The project manager, Harris, was very detailed in getting the right measurements (versus just swagging it), and he presented us with different options. We also had Bob & Jerry’s install new gutters, which is also part of the services that they provide. Throughout the whole process, I was kept informed of the progress of the roof and gutters. The roof installation crew lead (Isaiah) and gutters installation lead (Jason) both were great at communicating with me as well. Overall, I got a great product from a very professional team, which includes the office staff who kept me updated on the days when the installation crews would be at the house. Bottom line, I would use them again!
