  • So far, our experience with PRQ Exteriors is extremely positive. From the initial inspection, PRQ has made it easy to file a claim for the hail damage and worked closely with our insurance company claims adjuster. We know we are in good hands with our Project Manager, Anna Coleman, who is professional, personable and listens to us. She follows through and we are confident that the work will be done as per the expectations lined out. We can’t wait for our new roof!.

  • I experienced a fairly major loss on my home due to hail last summer. My insurance agent recommended PRQ Exteriors for an estimate. Denny Walton called me immediately & came out right away to evaluate the situation. He had emergency repairs in place the very next day to stop the roof leak from heavy week long rain we were having. Everyone we have dealt with has been exceptional. Yesterday we had a conference call with Anna who handles the work orders, scheduling, & coordination of working with our insurance company, the mortgage company, and me as their customer. She was fantastic and answered all of my questions. She was very professional, obviously knew how to make sure all the parties involved had everything needed to proceed without delay. Jamison & Jonathan were conscientious, friendly, helpful and obviously knowledgeable. Because of the professionalism and expertise exhibited by all members of PRQ, what otherwise would have been a nightmare became a manageable project with a reasonable timeframe & excellent customer service. Special thanks to Anna for stepping in to navigate all the red tape surrounding a reverse mortgage on my home. I would certainly not hesitate to recommend them to family and friends.

  • I was very skeptical when Dillon from PRQ showed up at our front door randomly one evening to discuss replacing our roof. He gave a very detailed presentation and helped navigate through our insurance company claim process. After giving time to allow for some due diligence on my part, we decided to proceed with their services. Navaeh had a zoom meeting with us and helped navigate the process. She was excellent keeping us informed regarding the steps to expect and scheduling of the job as well as assisting with our insurance company. I am very impressed with the whole process and would recommend their services to anyone in need of a replacement roof.
